2020 Jim Barry Single Vineyard Watervale Shiraz, Clare Valley

Over the past 55 years our family has developed and nurtured a mosaic of vineyards across the Clare Valley, each unique in site, soil and aspect.

Distinct parcels of fruit are selected to make wines that reflect the vineyard from which the grapes are grown. Picked at optimum ripeness from our Watervale vineyard and matured in French oak, this wine shows the elegance and restraint of this cool site

Deep red with a lively purple hue in the glass. Dark and broody on the nose, with intense aromas of plum,cherry and blackberry with savoury spiciness and dark florals. Plush, sweet black and blue fruits flow on the palate, with a touch of spice and fine savoury tannin to finish.
