To date, this is the most composed and complete chardonnay from Merricks Estate. Lovely from the start, with its bright straw hue and a glint of green; aromas of ginger flower, creamed honey, white peach, lemon and tangerine. Oak spices kick in and the palate unfurls, layered with flavour but not too much, just right with acidity ensuring it finishes on a high note.
