Medium-full red-purple colour; bright, fresh aromas of dry-grass, dried herbs, strawberries and dark red cherries. The flavour is quite delicious: intense and full bodied dark cherry fruit coupled with firm and abundant tannins supplying excellent structure for ageworthiness. This violet-scented Pinot Noir is marked by plump, mouth-drenching black-cherry and plum flavors edged by licks of sweet spice and vanilla. Framed by fine, glossy tannins and a juicy spine of acidity, this immediately welcoming wine is particularly joyous young but will likely hold well through 2027.
