2021 Maison Saint Aix Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence AIX Rose Magnum 1.5L, Provence

A lovely pale, salmon pink colour with beautiful, shiny reflections. The nose is quite delicate, fruit-forward, clean and complex, with notes of fresh red fruits, peach and some subtle floral hints. Roundness on the palate and a beautiful aromatic depth, before finding freshness and some minerality in its long and precise finish.

AIX Rosé is the result of dedication and passion. When drinking this wine you will notice a tremendously vibrant and summery taste - the ultimate expression of Provence. AIX has a bright, pale pink colour and has a delicate balance of crisp acidity and soft, ripe summer fruit.

From humble beginnings in 1880 as a truffle orchard, the vineyard was converted over to vines in the early 1900’s making it today one of the largest Domaines in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence area.The vineyard is situated 420m above sea-level and aspect is south-west which allows it to receive around 300 days of sunshine. Farmed organically, the AIX Rose is made from the top blend of Maison Saint Aix.
