Very intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Rich, complex bouquet of notable concentration and depth; hints of red fruit and berries stand out in particular, with some minty spices, vanilla and licorice in the background. Generous flavour, full-bodied and remarkable structure, perfect amalgam of the characteristics of the vine and the contribution of the wood, in a combination of great softness and great class, very long aromatic persistence. It accompanies large meat dishes, roasts, even with sauces, aged cheeses.
