Medium brassy yellow-gold colour, suggesting some age. This is confirmed by some mellowness in the nutty, straw, dried-fruit and poached-fruit aromas, the palate full rich and rounded, with harmonious acidity and a trace of liqueur adding to its excellent drinkability. The follow-through is pleasantly dry and appetising, and renders it very more-ish.Drink 2022–2027

The dress is golden yellow with a perfect shine, its beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles forms a creamy and persistent bead.Pleasant, open and fragrant, it reveals aromas of sweet fruit, peach, apricot and plum jam. Allowed to breathe, notes of dried fruits, figs, almonds and candied fruits are expressed, giving way on the finish to notes of spices and a hint of toast. Powerful, fruity and structured, it reveals great length on the finish.
