Winemaker’s Note.

Certified Organic, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, cool-fermented in stainless steel, followed typically by 18-24 months on lees in bottle, before disgorgement with a Brut dosage.
13.44 % Alc/Vol; 3.1 g/l RS; 5.9 g/l TA.
