Traditional methods followed in the production of this wine include hand harvesting, fermentation in small vats, extended maceration on skins and eighteen months in barrel.
Big style pinot noir with finesse. Dark cherry, red currants and a melange of black forest cake fruits. A seductive pudding spice, wafts through with a silky touch. Soft charry oak pulls a soft punch, giving you an indication of the length it has. This has legs for days, and is a formiddable partner for lamb tajine.
This wine will cellar for up to 10 years.
