Characterized by ripe fruit notes and balanced oak flavors Agiorgitiko by Gaia can be aged 2-4 years after release and will evolve and acquire more complex flavor(s), and an even more velvety taste. We recommend pairing it with red meat dishes that are rich, intense and spicy, at a temperature between 16ο – 18οC.
