The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark crimson colour. The wine exhibits immense cool climate Cabernet purity. Aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry intermingle with notes of cacao and vanilla. The elegant palate is soft, silky and filled with fleshy briar fruit, black olive and a touch of fine French oak. Graphite-like tannins provide a lovely structure and length.
