Collezione Privata Rosso IGT is a carefully selected Tuscan blend that showcases the warmth and generosity of the region. Grown on rolling hills of limestone and clay, the grapes benefit from warm Mediterranean days and cool evenings, producing a wine with ripe fruit, savoury complexity and impressive balance. The IGT classification gives the winemaking team the freedom to craft a richer, more contemporary style while retaining its unmistakable Tuscan soul.

The colour is a deep ruby red with garnet highlights. Aromas of black cherry, ripe plum and blackberry are layered with dried herbs, sweet spice and hints of cedar. The palate is smooth and generous, combining succulent dark berry fruit with silky tannins and fresh acidity. Notes of liquorice, cocoa and earthy spice build through the mid palate, leading to a long, savoury finish that is both elegant and satisfying.

A delicious match for slow cooked beef ragù, bistecca alla Fiorentina, wood fired pizza, grilled lamb or porcini mushroom risotto. Drinking beautifully now, it will continue to reward over the next five to seven years.
