Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the limestone ridge right above the winery & cellar door. Planted in 1972, this Cabernet is named after the famous Lime Cave, found beneath the winery, a continuation of the same soils the vines grow upon many metres above. A generous palate with red currant, cranberry and cherry with integrated cedar oak characteristics.
Designed to age, the wine is truly delicious now, but will develop gracefully for 10 to 15 years.
