An appealing pinot gris, lightly aromatic, a touch floral, flavours of pears and poached apples with a dusting of spice and some pear drop lollies. Round, soft acidity and a lick of creamy lees all add to the mouthfeel. Drink to 2028.

Lifted notes of orange blossom, pear purée and fennel lead into a tangy and refreshing core of up-front flavour. It's a drink-now style that's balanced and inviting. Drink to 2027.

Red Claw wines are bright and juicy regional wines that are released for immediate enjoyment. Made from estate grown and handpicked Mornington Peninsula and Heathcote fruit by the team at Yabby Lake, a Halliday Five Red Stars winery. Planted in 1998, their Tuerong vineyard is in the northern sub-region of Moorooduc on a north-facing slope that captures nightly cool breezes from the sea.
This Mornington Peninsula Pinot Gris is from the 2025 season, characterised by a warm and extended summer. The fruit was whole bunch pressed. Parcels rested on lees until bottling for added texture and complexity.
Lifted floral aromas and clean, fresh fruit flavours. Ripe nashi pear, subtle spice and a long, finely textured palate. Joyous and fresh.
A gentle crowd-pleaser, perfect for any night of the week for a catch up with friends. San Daniele prosciutto and rockmelon, creamy pesto chicken pasta or a pork schnitzel with caper butter.
