Pale gold with light green tinted edges. Nose :: Appealing fruit aromas of nectarine, white peach and citrus highlighted by vanilla and light toast notes. Palate :: A richly layered palate of stone fruit flavours with hints of cashew and vanilla. Subtle oak characters smoothly integrated with barrel maturation. Food Matching :: Succulent roast chicken, baked salmon with lemon and herbs, or a creamy gnocchi gorgonzola. Cellaring 5 to 12 years
