J. Halliday:
Slightly more crimson colour is an early sign of a wine with a touch more brightness than the Grains of Paradise; spices and sweet red fruits on the perfumed bouquet lead into a vibrant palate; here the barrel ferment conclusion of the whole bunch primary fermentation in French (60%)/ American (40%) oak barriques followed by lees contact resemble a pinot noir approach.
