Full maturation with close full solids in old oak was long and modestly cool to hold products of the soil characters. Just free-run juice was utilized for the last wine, and no malolactic aging happened. Although maturation was in old oak barriques (as with past vintages), there is no clear oak impact in this wine because of the age of the barrels.
