Deepish red-purple. Some new oak over clean fresh berry fruit. Sweetly ripe to ultra-ripe, with a sweet succulence in the mouth. Nutmeg-like oak. Full-bodied, but retains elegance; has time on its side. Taut and stylish, finely balanced and long, with ageability. This would go 20 years 30 SEP 2011
