The 2010 Vigorello, on the other hand, has begun to shut down, as the tannins are quite a bit firmer than they were a year ago. Tobacco, dried Mediterranean herbs and menthol add complexity over time. Vigorello is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot, but, interestingly, the flavours have become much more Sangiovese-leaning over the last year.
