I almost always go to a Maroush restaurant when I fly through London. I love all the Lebanese dishes, from humous to fried falafel. I always try to drink Lebanese wines. As much as I like the country's Musar, it's inconsistent in quality for reds. I drank this wine the other night from Ksara. It was very pure and clean with berry, mineral, and hints of new wood. Full and lightly jammy. Very satisfying and outstanding.
