Roasted-almond, apricot-tart, croissant, lemon and sourdough notes with tangy acidity and fine bubbles. Bright and saline on the palate, with a beautiful interplay of sharp citrus and pastry notes. Vibrant finish. Drink or hold.

Great intensity & complexity here. Excellent length & serious depth of flavor. There are notes of hazelnuts & hints of plum & stonefruit. This is cracking champagne which is drinking superbly now but still has many years ahead.
