2012 Thomas Yule isDark ruby red in colour , this wine displays bright, lifted blueberry and raspberry fruits . Hints of black pepper and liquorice with nuances of spicy vanillin oak round off the bouquet . The palate is medium to full -bodied with intense fruit flavours . A firm tannin structure with a soft acid balance frame a rich mid palate that leads to a long and sustained finish . While this wine will drink well now, it will benefit from extended cellaring over the next 10 – 15 years .
