Soft but sturdy. Blackberry and blackcurrant comes with a melt of dark chocolate draped seductively over the top. There are saltbush and herb notes here but they are second stringers to the main game of fruit and oak. Tannin is fine and discreet but has a strength to it. Now or later, no problems.
