2012 Marchesi Di Gresy Barbaresco Martinenga DOCG

Marchesi di Grésy's 2012 Barbaresco Martinenga is a very pretty, light to medium-bodied wine with lovely palate presence to match its understated personality. Crushed flowers, mint, bright red berries are all nicely delineated in this pretty, nuanced Barbaresco. The 2012 should develop nicely over the next decade on its balance. Light on its feet and supremely gracious, the 2012 is a classic Martinenga Barbaresco from Marchesi di Grésy. The 2012 spent two years in cask and about three months in steel prior to being bottled.
