A sublimely graceful confluence of red and black currant fruits, punctuated by dried sage and a litany of other herbs, all waiting in the wings of time. The delicacy, detail and impeccable poise between fruit and structural adjuncts allows for enjoyment now, yet those with patience will be rewarded.
Deep red colour with a youthful tint in the rim and a fresh, bright aroma of red fruits, dried herbs and violets, with a intriguing note of strawberry jam. The palate is medium to full-bodied and nicely smooth and approachable. Charm and drinkability are its strong suits. Oak seems lightly played. It's not a big, powerful Margaret River cab but doesn't lack concentration or length either. A lovely drink.10 SEP 2017
