An elongated gold label on a cabernet-shaped bottled as opposed to the Burgundy shape of the Adelaide Hills version is partly explained by the fact that the back label has both English and French versions of the consumer information. It is distinctly richer and fuller-bodied than its Adelaide Hills sibling, blackberry and licorice fruit backed by more assertive oak and stronger tannins. Needs, and will repay, cellaring.
