2013 Katnook Estate Riesling, Coonawarra

Pale straw with green hues. Nose :: Fresh citrus and lifted floral notes with subtle hints of cinnamon and cloves. Palate :: Vibrant flavours of zesty citrus and ripe pear, balanced with a distinct mineral character and a refreshing, dry finish. While enjoyable in its youth, cellared properly, this Riesling will age gracefully for up to 12 years. Food Matching :: Slow roasted crispy pork belly with Asian spice, grilled seafood platter or a Thai green vegetable curry.
