2013 was by far the driest year in the past 7 years in Northern Tasmania. Overall, it was a vintage with a return to normality, with largest crop since 2008. There is abundance of flavour in the wines. The warmer weather resulted in a perfect acid/baume ratio for the region.
Mululuk is pale yellow. Flinty with white apple and lime aromas are dominant. Fruit driven elegantChardonnay exhibits primary fruit characters and honeydew with minerality and a crisp, refreshing finish. Beautifully balanced.
For maximum enjoyment drink it just below room temperature with seafood.
