The best barrels from a 35yo low yielding vineyard in Keyneton, matured for 20 months in new and used French oak. The skilled winemaking, and very good fruit, doesn't miss a beat. Blackcurrant, bay leaf and cedary oak are moulded together with the cement provided by finer tannins that are often part of cabernet.
