2015 The Wilson Vineyard Watervale Riesling, Clare Valley

A Classic style from the Wilson’s Watervale vineyard. Handpicked fruit provides rich citrus flavours within a steely structure, tight with lots of minerality, as you expect from this area. From a band of limestone which runs along the range to the east of the Watervale township comes this highly aromatic wine.

The Watervale riesling displays grassy herbaceous notes which lift from the glass. Delicate lime flavours fill out a crisp and clean palate. Pure summer refreshment. It will age medium term.
