Made from a vineyard that was planted in the early eighties, this Riesling really does appear to have the sort of density and complexity associated with ‘old vine’ character. Lime, grapefruit, orange blossom, green apple and mineral flavours are among the more obvious descriptors. Dry but not too austere. Should age very well.
