100% tempranillo grape belonging to the DO Ribera del Duero from vineyards between 15 and 30 years of age. The wine remains for 6 months in American-French oak (allier) and then in the bottle for 6 months minimum.
Red cherry with cardinal notes. It has a powerful nose with aromas of red and black fruits along with spicy notes (vanilla, licorice) and balsamic (eucalyptus) contributed by the oak.
The mouth is soft and velvety, silky, wide, greedy and friendly. It has pleasant acidity that does not bother and makes it very fresh with a long finish and an aftertaste of berries and vanilla
