Chateau de Sours Blanc has pale yellow colour, slightly tinged with gold. It has fresh and delicate aromas of grapefruit, followed in the mouth by brioche flavours and hints of honey that blend well together with the grapefruit acidity. The roundness and complexity are enhanced by the woody notes. This wine leaves an impression of a delicate freshness and a vivifying, lasting and well balanced acidity.
Perfect as an aperitif with oysters or seafood. It will suit very well fish and poultry dishes.
