This wine comes from the best rows in the 16ha Florita Vineyard in Watervale, and is not produced every year. There is a flowery fragrance to the bouquet, and it comes as no surprise to find that the lime juice flavours impact immediately with the first sip. The drive continues through the intense, very long palate and aftertaste, thanks to crisp acidity, not residual sugar.
