2014 Block 6 is deep crimson displaying seductive aromas of Chinese 5 spice, aniseed, boysenberry with a hint of marzipan. The palate is full, showing lashings of juicy red fruit, gentle acidity, followed by slowly building fine, chalky tannin. Rich and concentrated with power and finesse. Time and careful cellaring will reward your drinking pleasure. Australia is lucky to have wines such as this.
