Filippo Rizzo decided to shift life to Sicily from Belgium with the idea of finding some land and making ‘natural’ wines. The Mascalisi is a wine composed of Nerello Mascalese and Frappato from a single vineyard.
The wine very spicy with loads of red fruits and licorice. Sappy and elegantly rounded palate displays good acid and elegant and refreshing finish. Great aging capacity.
