Dry-grown, bush-pruned grenache in the Frankland River seems improbable, but here is proof positive. Its tannin structure is remarkable, making this ideal for a vicious options game - unless you knew of (and had tasted) it you would never pick it. Autocratic grenache mimicking a Bordeaux variety is a strange animal. That said, time in bottle may change perceptions.
