Tasting note: In contrast to the Corton-Charlemagne and Bâtard there is outstanding aromatic complexity to the elegant aromas of citrus peel, acacia blossom, spice and essence of pear-scented nose. I very much like the power and mid-palate concentration displayed by the refined and mineraldriven big-bodied flavors that culminate in a citrus-inflected, clean and dry finish that delivers excellent persistence. Like the BBM this is very classy and offers ample upside development potential.
