The new denomination “Sant’Antimo” is allowed exclusively for wines vinified from grapes grown in the area of Montalcino.
The colour is deep ruby red with purple highlights.There are powerful fruity aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries and savoury notes typical of Cabernet Sauvignon.
On the palate you will find ripe and fleshy Cabernet characters with great structure. Velvety tannins combined beautifully with these classic flavours finishing long, persistent and savoury. 18 months in medium toast French oak barrels (95%) and American oak barrels (5%).
