The quality of fruit wasn’t deemed good enough for the 2013 version of William Randell Cabernet to be produced.
The 2014 is rich, deep red in colour. Blueberry, blackcurrant and violets with spice and hints of cedar dominate the nose.
Well-structured palate shows generous blackberry flavours with integrated tannins and oak, seamlessly leading into a long satisfying finish. It will unfold majestically into a beauty over the coming 2-3 years and continue to provide enjoyment next 10 years.
