The blending of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois is pretty typical for a dry, Alsatian white wine. Albert Mann retains fresh acidity in this wine with aromatic, floral, and white stone-fruit characters. This is far more of a dry-Riesling lovers wine than a Gris or Blanc lovers wine. Perfect for the hot day seafood platters!
