Comprising 58% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Verdelho 22% of the ferment ws matured for 4 months in 91% new oak barrels.
As a result the wine displays complex aromas of tropical feijoa notes, freshly cut grass and lemon citrus.
The palate has a lovely creamy texture and displays intense notes of limes, lemon and peaches. These pure fruits are sustained on a long crisp finish.
Have it with see food from now to 2025.
