For the Meursault drinker, who is after more mineral saline and citrussy chardonnay. Clean and precise.
2015 Faiveley Meursault 1er Cru Charmes, Cote d'Or, Burgundy is a more restrained style. Bright lemon hues, with apple green flashes. The nose is lighty floral apple and grapefruit. There is a very subtle buttered toast nuance that does become more pronounced as the wine evolves. I think given a year or two, this will develop nicely. Will make a decent match for pork chops.
