Deep ruby red colour. The 2015 Shiraz has a spicy, black pepper perfume combining with mulberry and violets. There are also undertones of bay leaf and hints of cherry and red berries. In the mouth the flavours are rich and complex with notes of black cherries and plums. This wine has good texture with a long broad finish. Drinking well now and will continue to age well for 10 to 12 years.
