An intense aromatic concentration of ripe lemon and stone fruit preempts palate flavours of mandarin and a touch of orange. The finish holds hints of toasty oak and savory characters with a juicy, refreshing finish.
Winemakers notes:
Deep yellow in colour with green hue. Intense aroma of white nectarine and peach. Secondary notes of toasty oak with a hint of lemon will feature in the wine while young. Wild fermentation yields a flinty mineral character.
A rich palate with opulent fruit underpinned by mineral acidity. Stone fruit and citrus flavours interplay on the palate with deft creaminess and structured oak influence. A highly complex wine with wonderful flavour.
