From Karridale, the coolest, most southerly part of Margaret River, an 80/20% blend, matured in French oak for 3 months. It has so much power and drive it leaves most (not all) others wallowing in its wake; capsicum, redcurrant, citrus and guava are all erected on a scaffold of acidity on the long palate.
