The Chambertin Grand Cru 2015 has a dark ruby colour. On the nose, it reveals a discreet and elegant bouquet of blackcurrant, undergrowth and mocha. It is ample in the mouth with delicious aromas of raspberry. This delicate and ample wine has a wonderful length.
A compact style, just short of monolithic, displaying black cherry, plum, thyme, granite and chalk aromas and flavours. Complex and balanced, with a sense of refinement and terrific energy. The best is yet to come. Excellent length.
