Winemaker Cherie Spriggs brings a meticulous, hands-on approach to every vintage. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel to preserve brightness, followed by extended lees aging in bottle—typically over five years—for added complexity, texture, and that signature toasty autolytic character.

In the glass, it opens with aromas of lemon zest, white blossom, green apple, and freshly baked brioche. The palate is focused and linear, offering citrus, stone fruit, and chalky minerality wrapped in a creamy mousse. The finish is long, dry, and supremely elegant, showing both power and restraint.
