The "Chouilly Grand Cru" Millésimé is our only cuvée which comes from several plots, but from a single place called "Montaigu". Its style represents the archetype of fine, delicate and creamy “blanc de blancs” Champagne. Very “Gimonet” in its identity.
While we are staunch defenders of blends from "different terroirs" to obtain more complexity and balance... While with 12 hectares of grand cru, we had never produced a pure "grand cru" Special Club, because we always add a bit of “Cuis 1er Cru” bringing the freshness, essential to our style…
