Lots of spicy apple with sliced lemons and pears and hints of stone. Full-bodied with soft and layered bubbles that caress your palate. Dusty and succulent. Creamy finish. Drink or hold.

Pol Roger's 2015 Brut Vintage is generous and demonstrative, bursting with aromas of golden orchard fruit, nectarine, warm bread, buttered popcorn and orange oil. Full-bodied, broad and vinous, it's rich and fleshy, with a sweet, layered core of fruit, racy acids and a pretty pinpoint mousse. Stylistically, the 2015 has more in common with the richness and concentration of 2012 than the chiseled raciness of 2013. It's a beautiful bottle in the making

The 2015 Pol Roger Vintage Brut is a confident and beautifully structured Champagne from one of the region’s most revered family houses. Pol Roger has been based in Épernay since 1849 and is famous for its deep cellars carved into chalk, where its wines age slowly and develop their signature finesse. The 2015 vintage was warm and generous, producing ripe fruit balanced by Pol Roger’s naturally precise, restrained house style.
The blend is built around Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards across the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, giving both power and elegance. Pinot Noir brings structure and red fruit depth, while Chardonnay adds freshness, citrus lift and long, mineral drive.
In the glass, the wine shows ripe apple, pear and citrus zest, layered with toasted brioche, almond and subtle honeyed notes. The palate is creamy yet precise, with fine, persistent bubbles, bright acidity and a long, dry finish that keeps everything in balance. There is richness from the warm vintage, but it is carried by freshness and poise rather than weight.
This is a superb Champagne for the table. Roast chicken, seafood, oysters, pork dishes or even lightly spiced food all work beautifully with its depth and energy.
The 2015 Pol Roger Vintage Brut is drinking well now, but it has the structure to age for another ten to twenty years, gaining more nutty, toasty and savoury complexity over time. It is a classic, quietly luxurious Champagne that shows both the generosity of the vintage and the precision of the Pol Roger house style.
