For the last 224 years, Salomon Undhof has produced white wines from the best terraced sites along the Danube. Kristall clear wines with fine minerality. 

The style of Salomon Undhof wines is an alliance between character, balance and harmony. Wines meant to be drunk young are fresh and subtle; wines for keeping acquire with age a luscious complexity. The wines of Salomon Undhof are found on the finest tables all over the world. 

The winery is situated in the the eastern part of the “ cultural world heritage site” Wachau with the appelation Kremstal DAC.

Salomon Undhof is founding member of the association Traditionsweingüter Österreich.

The Grüner Veltliner Von Stein comes from the steep terrassed hills behind the old town of Stein. All the grapes are harvested traditionally by hand only. Their great vineyard locations and meticulous work in the vineyards are prerequisites for their elegant wines. Wines with finesse and perfect mineral balance reflect the very special micro climate of this lovely river valley.  The Estate’s Grüner Veltliner and Riesling distinguish themselves through elegance and consistency.
